7 Canon Events
Day 1: Creation of Light
God creates light, separates it from darkness, and names them Day and Night, marking the first day of creation.
Day 6: Creation of Land Animals and Humanity
God creates land animals, then creates humanity in His own image, male and female, blessing them with dominion over the earth and all its creatures, and providing them with vegetation for food.
The Creation
God creates the heavens, earth, light, sky, land, plants, celestial bodies, animals, and humanity in six days. On the seventh day He rests.
Day 3: Creation of Dry Land and Plants
God gathers the waters to reveal dry land, names them Earth and Seas, and then commands the earth to bring forth all kinds of vegetation.
Day 5: Creation of Sea Creatures and Birds
God commands the waters to bring forth living creatures and the air to be filled with birds, blessing them to be fruitful and multiply.
Day 4: Creation of Sun, Moon, and Stars
God creates the sun, moon, and stars to serve as lights in the firmament, to divide day from night, and to mark seasons, days, and years.
Day 2: Creation of the Firmament
God creates a firmament to separate the waters above from the waters below, calling the firmament Heaven, completing the second day.
